Through many life transitions, I went from not knowing what I was getting myself into, to mastering it quickly and successfully.

I realized the key was mindset mastery, which inspired me to create the ReStart Now! program.

Today, I help individuals and businesses unlock their potential and take bold, transformative action.

A dynamic fitness career where I inspired thousands of fitness enthusiasts, teaching 25 classes per week and guiding them to embrace health and wellness.

This foundational experience taught me the power of motivation and the importance of mindset in creating lasting personal transformation.

Advising and empowering MBA students from over 80 nationalities on career transition strategy, helping them think more creatively about their professional growth.
